Privacy Policy

Summary

Yaoki is a personal habit and wellbeing tracker. We do not require an account. Your habits, daily entries, and settings are stored on your device.

Data on your device

The app stores habits, daily log entries (mood and habit check-ins), app settings (language, theme, reminders), and your profile locally on your phone using on-device storage. We do not operate a Yaoki account server for this data.

Your free trial period is calculated on the device from your profile creation date. Whether you have an active paid subscription is checked via the app stores and RevenueCat (see Subscriptions).

What we do not do

We do not require an account, sell your personal data, or use advertising trackers.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, notifications are scheduled on your device. We do not receive reminder content on our servers.

Subscriptions

Optional monthly or yearly subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous app user identifier and purchase-related information from the store. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

This website

The yaoki.app landing pages use Umami (https://umami.is/privacy) for privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics: page views, referrers, and anonymous interaction events (such as store downloads and waitlist signups). We do not use advertising trackers or cookies on this site.

Children

Yaoki is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Delete app data by uninstalling the app. Manage subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple account settings. Disable notifications in device settings. Contact us if you have privacy questions.
